REMPLAN Community

The Housing profile provides insights into your communities household composition, dwellings, people per dwelling, ownership, home loan repayments and rent. The housing profile allows for trend analysis and an interactive mapping function provides the ability to focus in on suburbs, statistical areas and other localities.

The Housing profile provides area specific demographic data including, Household types and structure, monthly housing repayments, weekly rent, people per residence and tenure type. This profile provides insights into housing affordability of specific areas; areas that may be experiencing housing stress; where there may be high concentration of lone person households etc. This can provide information for the social, economic and planning implications of your local area or community. The mapping function allows the geography to become the driver of the information, with the option to breakdown the broader area into smaller Statistical Areas (SA’s) to create sub profiles of zones / precincts / place to obtain area specific housing data. Charts, graphs, tables and explanatory text are automatically generated which can be copied and pasted into standard office software applications or converted into “PDF” file.
